Can we truly see and know ourselves, if we haven’t fully immersed ourselves in the depths of our shadows and found peace and safety there?
Our shadows don’t have to be a scary place. They are not pieces of us to run and hide from or ignore hoping they will go away.
We can learn to approach them with a little flirtation and curiosity and coax them out into the light. Once our shadows feel seen and they know we are willing to sit with them, willing to listen to them, they are our greatest teachers and will lead to our purpose in this lifetime.
I intuitively weave together a supportive journey of shadow diving. I can be your guide and will support you through navigating the underbelly of your suppressed self. Once there, you can feel safe to rebuild the foundation using innate resources found within you so that you can live authentically with more ease and flow in your life.
